What you'll do

Manage

Manage calendars, inboxes, and daily priorities

Coordinate

Coordinate tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed

Support

Support decision-making by keeping information organized

Communicate

Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients

Structure

Bring structure into fast-moving and sometimes unstructured environments

Anticipate

Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and take initiative without being asked

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who are:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong communicators in written and spoken English

  • Proactive and able to take ownership

  • Reliable and professional

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Ready to work aligned with US business hours

This role is best suited for people who enjoy responsibility, structure, and growth.

You should be comfortable with:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Written business communication

  • Managing multiple priorities at once

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar tools

  • International clients

  • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Canva
